Graduating from Tashkent University with a degree in Electronics Engineering, she moved to the United Stated more them 20 years ago. It was 2008 when Irena first took an interest in painting. She started with art classes given at a local community college, and continues taking various classes to this day. Irena is also a current member of the River Art Group gallery of La Villita, San Antonio
Irena has received numerous awards for her paintings and photos. Her art has traveled the world... with collectors from Russia, Canada, Mexico, UK and across the USA.
